Mistri Road is a minor road in downtown Singapore. It connects Palmer Road with Parsi Road. Traffic on this road is one way, with two lanes heading from Palmer Road to Parsi Road.

Mistri Road was named after Navroji Rustomji Mistri, a distinguished member of the local Parsi community who had donated funds for the setting up of a children's ward at the Singapore General Hospital. Navroji Mistri founded the Phoenix Aerated Water Works2
