Margoliouth Road is a minor road in Tanglin, Singapore. It is not one road but a network of minor roads with the main branch connected to Stevens Road. The entire Margoliouth Road is within Postal District 10. Margoliouth Road serves the landed residential properties in the area. The nearest MRT station is the Stevens MRT Station (DT10/TE11).

According to the book What's in the Name?2, Margoliouth Road was named after L.C. Margoliouth, a manager in the South British Insurance Company, who was a member of the Municipal Commission for several years beginning in 1927.
