Haw Par Villa MRT Station (28 July 2017)
Haw Par Villa MRT Station (GPS: 1.28237, 103.78183; CC25) is an underground station of the Singapore MRT Circle Line. It is between the Kent Ridge MRT Station (CC24) and Pasir Panjang MRT Station. The station began operations on 8 October, 2011.
The Haw Par Villa MRT Station was originally planned to be non-operational when the Circle Line was extended from Marymount to HarbourFront. Nonetheless it went into operation when the extension opened on 8 October, 2011, as the surrounding neighbourhood is deemed sufficiently developed to allow it to break even.
