Far East Plaza (GPS: 1.30718, 103.83356) is a shopping mall in the Orchard area. It is located on Scotts Road. The shopping mall opened in 1982. Today it houses mostly outlets selling cheap apparel and a number of food outlets.

Past its prime, Far East Plaza today faces competition from newer malls in its vicinity such as ION Orchard down the road. It positions itself toward catering to the youth culture and the lower-end of the shopping market. There are a number of tattoo parlors at the upper level of the mall.

How to reach Far East Plaza

Take the Singapore MRT to the Orchard MRT Station (NS22) and walk a short distance from there.
