Marina 129 (GPS: 5.42384, 100.33211) is a hotel and serviced residences along Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah in George Town, Penang. Presently under construction, it will feature a 23-storey block offering 274 units of serviced residences. There will be two levels of basement car park and 8 units of commercial outlets on the ground floor.

Marina 129 will be a waterfront property on North Beach, George Town. It is being developed by Bintang Holdings Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Low Yat Group.
