Kampung Mutiara, Batu Ferringhi (16 June 2015)
Kampung Mutiara (GPS: 5.46875, 100.24575) is a Malay village in Batu Ferringhi. It is one of the few settlements left that is still untouched (but not for long). The village is located to the south of Jalan Batu Ferringhi, across the road from By The Sea Penang.

26 November, 2019Bernama reports that UDA Holdings Bhd (UDA) will take four years to build a housing project at Kampung Mutiara. It will comprise of low-cost affordable and medium cost residential units. The project will occupy a two-hectare piece of land and will have a total of 1,068 residential units (comprising 400 units of low cost, 166 units of affordable and 502 units of medium cost). The 400 units are to resettle the people living in Kampung Mutiara, Kampung Che Ahmad, Kampung Din Bamboo and Kampung Kubur. These settlers will receive their flats for free.
