Permatang Tepi Laut, Bayan Lepas, Penang (15 December 2018)
Permatang Tepi Laut (GPS: 5.28077, 100.2565) is a small fishing village in Permatang Damar Laut, in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The village is located beside Sungai Permatang Damar Laut where the latter discharges into the sea. The villagers of Permatang Tepi Laut did not face relocation when the airport was expanded in the 1970s, so it is the oldest intact settlement in Permatang Damar Laut.
