Medan Bayan is a minor road in Relau, Penang. It is located off Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim. Medan Bayan serves a section of Relau that was developed only in the first decade of the 21st century, when the shophouses along Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, formerly Jalan Sungai Ara, made was for re-development. Within this area are two major hawker centres, SPICE PISA Corner and Lucky Eatery Food Court, and two high-rise apartment complexes, Tunas Residency and Pangsapuri Seri Nilam.
