Jalan Tun Ali is a road in the historic city of Malacca. It starts at the intersection of Jalan Hang Tuah with Jalan Tun Perak. Jalan Tun Ali curves to the right at the junction with Jalan Panglima Awang. It continues towards a bend in the Malacca River. Along the way, it is intersected by Jalan Tun Mutahir, Jalan Graha Maju and Jalan Tun Mamat, and branches off to Persisiran Bunga Raya.
