Merdeka MRT Station (GPS: 3.14202, 101.70208) is a station of the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line in Kuala Lumpur. This underground station is located off Jalan Hang Jebat, between the Pasar Seni MRT Station and the Bukit Bintang MRT Station. A linkway connects it to the Plaza Rakyat LRT Station, which is served by the Ampang Line. The Merdeka MRT Station opened to the public on 17 July 2017, when all the stations of the Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT Line became operational.
