Lebuhraya Fettes Kedua, or Second Fettes Avenue, is a minor road in the Fettes Park neighbourhood of Tanjong Bungah. The road is residential with single-storey terrace houses on both sides. As the road was built on a slope, houses on the north side of Lebuhraya Fettes Kedua is connected to street level by staircases. Some of these have been renovated so as the street level is converted into a car porch.

Lebuhraya Fettes Kedua connects with Jalan Bintang on the eastern end. It ends at the intersection with Lebuhraya Timur Fettes, after which the road continues as Lebuhraya Utara Fettes.
