Lebuhraya Barat Fettes is a small, rather obscure road in the Fettes Park neighbourhood of Tanjong Bungah, Penang. As its name indicates, it is located on the western fringe of Fettes Park, next to Pepper Estate.
Lebuhraya Barat Fettes is connected to Lebuhraya Utara Fettes in the north and Lebuhraya Selatan Fettes in the south, to form a sort of loop named after each cardinal direction. It has single-storey terrace houses lining it on the east side, totalling just four. On the west side is the Pepper Estate Community Hall.
