Lebuh Halia 1 is a hill road in Mount Erskine, Penang. It connects Lebuhraya Halia on one end with the Kuan Yim See Temple on the other.
Along the way, Lebuh Halia 1 passes through a section of the Mount Erskine Cemetery. A small lane leads to a massive grave which is Kapitan Chung Keng Quee's Tomb, the first Kapitan Cina of Perak.
Lebuh Halia 1 slopes upwards as it reaches the Mount Erskine Kuan Yim See Temple, and ends at the gate into the temple.
