Jalan Pengkalan Rawa is a road in Kampung Pengkalan, which is the inner quarters of Nibong Tebal. It is the southernmost of three parallel roads in Kampoung Pengkalan, the other two being Jalan Pintu Sepuluh and Lorong Siong. The both sides of the road is lined with single- and double-storey shophouses.
Jalan Pengkalan Rawa probably got its name due to the presence of a pier on the nearby Sungai Kerian. The pier was probably built and used by the Rawa Malays. On the western end of Jalan Pengkalan Rawa is Jalan Che Ahmad, while on the eastern end is Jalan Baru.
