Island Medical City (GPS: 5.4237, 100.31522) is a hospital in George Town, Penang. Located on Lebuhraya Peel, the medical centre is being built at a cost of RM2 billion. The facility is in line with the city's plans to position itself as a destination for medical tourism.

Island Medical City offers the most advanced tertiary care in this region with medical suites and ancillary facilities. The hospital will eventually have 1,000 beds. The development comprises a 12-storey block with two levels of basement car park, a 36-storey medial suite with 380 suites and multi-storey car park, and a 33-storey 440-bedroom hotel. There will bge a subterranean passageway connecting Island Medical City to Island Hospital.
