Raintree Garden is an upmarket residential estate in the Desaria neighbourhood of Sungai Ara, Penang.

Location

Raintree Garden is 17.7 km from Magazine Circus. It is not the most ideal place to stay if you are working in the city, as it is simply too far, and you will wade through congested roads all the way. It is more appropriate for people working in the south side, such as at the Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone.

Raintree Garden is built for people with their own set of wheels. Your domestic help may have a long walk to reach the nearest bus stop. Rapid Penang Bus No. 302, 305 and 308 pass through Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim.
