Commercial Property Review: Krystal Point, Bukit Kecil

Krystal Point is the name of the two commercial complexes in Bukit Kecil, Sungai Nibong, Penang. Phase 1 of Krystal Point faces the Bayan Baru Roundabout while Phase 2, also called Krystal Point Corporate Park, faces the Sungai Nibong Expressway.

Location

Krystal Point is centrally located with good exposure to traffic coming in from the expressway as well as from Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.

Catchment

Catchment comes from the Bayan Baru satellite town as well as more recent neighbourhoods in Sungai Nibong and Bukit Jambul.

Public Transport

The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, where Rapid Penang Bus 303, 304, 305, 306, 308, 401 and 705 pass through.
