Ho Ping Coffee Shop (GPS: 5.41929, 100.33219) is a coffee shop at the junction of Kampung Malabar and Penang Road.
Kedai Kopi Ho Ping is famous for having the only stall in Penang selling beef ball noodles. (That stall, which was run by Mr Pong Choo Kong, who took over from his father. The business has been in operation since 1968 and at one time, it was operating in the coffee shop across the street from Ho Ping. But after four decades of operations, it finally called it a day in 2016, as the hawker decided it was time to retire.
Kedai Kopi Ho Ping is open every day except Tuesday, from 8:30 am in the morning until 8:30 pm at night.

You can take any of the buses that goes to Penang Road. They include Rapid Penang bus 10, 11, 101, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204, 206, 301 and 302. The free Shuttle Bus also stops at three stations along Penang Road; the nearest of these is Station No. 8 (Lebuh Campbell).
Penang is famous as a street food destination, so I am often asked, what I like to eat. Since this same question is being repeated to me over and over, I decided to create a page to answer it, so that I never have to do it in person ever again!
