Jalan Lim Khoon Huat or Lim Khoon Huat Road is a minor road in George Town. It connects Barrack Road to Perak Road. The road is also known in Hokkien as Sin Kamma Hooi or New Lime Garden, in reference to the other Kamma Hooi which is Dato Kramat Road.

Jalan Lim Khoon Huat has mostly government flats for civil servants and employees of the hospital. It has been identified as a site for the establishment of a pasar malam.
