Greenlane Park Condominium are two blocks of 27-storey condominiums in Island Park, Penang. They are near Greenlane Heights, but were built much later, in 2005, on freehold land. Each unit has a built up area of between 860 to 1,260 square feet. Estimated selling price is between RM240,000 to RM250,000.

Facilities

Facilities include security, parking lot, swimming pool, basketball court, table-tennis room, children's playground, barbeque area, community hall and landscaped garden.

Location

Greenlane Park Condominium is x km from Magazine Circus. Greenlane Park is very far from the main road. People who rely on public transport will find it rather tough as the bus stop is almost a kilometer away.

Public Transport

The nearest bus routes are through Green Lane, which is close to a kilomter away. Rapid Penang Bus 11, 206 and 304 are the buses that pass through there.

Amenities

The nearest schools are Sekolah Menengah Chung Hwa Confucian, Convent Green Lane, Sekolah Menengah Georgetown and Penang Free School. The nearest market is the Greenlane Heights Market. The nearest hypermarket is Tesco Penang. The nearest petrol station is the Island Park Caltex, Greenview BHP, Green Lane Petronas and Green Lane Shell. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital.

Traffic

Traffic in Island Park is moderate, but gets heavy towards Jalan Tembaga and Jalan Besi approaching the traffic lights with Green Lane. Greenlane Heights Block A is located along Jalan Besi, which is the outermost block within the Greenlane Heights development.
