Tingkat Paya Terubong 2 (23 March 2013)
Tingkat Paya Terubong 2 is one of the main roads in the Paya Terubong residential neighbourhood. Today it is a one-way street that runs north from Tingkat Paya Terubong 4 to Tingkat Paya Terubong 1. In between it also forms a junction with Tingkat Paya Terubong 3.
Tingkat Paya Terubong 2 is often congested as it has roadside stalls lining its both sides. The area becomes quite crowded in the morning, as the residents converge to do their marketing as well as have meals at the food stalls.
There are many apartment blocks along and off Tingkat Paya Terubong 2. They go by various names including Taman Paya Terubong, Taman Terubong Jaya or simply Tingkat Paya Terubong. Nonetheless they are easier to differentiate by their unique block numbers. These are sequences from north to south, beginning with Block 1 near the junction of Tingkat Paya Terubong 2 and Tingkat Paya Terubong 2. Though the blocks are not always arranged in orderly sequence, the numbers increase going south, culminating with Block 47 at Tingkat Paya Terubong 4.
Getting there
Tingkat Paya Terubong 2 is served by several routes of Rapid Penang, including 201, 202, 306 and 502. There are a few bus stops along the road.
