Plong Liam is an old chimney in Samut Sakhon Province, Thailand. It was part of a sugar factory belonging to a Portuguese person who made his home in Thailand. The sugar factory, called Captain Hit, was built in the 19th century, during the reign of King Rama III.
The Plong Liam chimney is octagonal. It is 30 meters tall and has a base that is a meter wide.
