Kamala Beach (GPS: 7.95692, 98.28309) is a beach on the west coast of Phuket, north of Patong Beach. It is located at Ao Kamala, the bay between the bay of Ao Surin to the north and the cape of Laem Son to the south.
Kamala Beach is perhaps best known as the site of Phuket FantaSea.
In the Kamala area archaeologists have discovered ancient arrowheads that are over three thousand years old. The discovery provided evidence that people have inhabited the area for several thousand years.
