Taksin Maharat Memorial is a memorial to King Taksin the Great. It is located in Chanthaburi, the town where the then General Taksin, having escaped the Burmese siege of Ayutthaya, defeated them after gathering men in Chonburi and Rayong.
The Taksin Maharat Memorial shows King Taksin the Great riding a horse. The equestrian statue of the king is flanked by his four royal guards.
