There are many historical and heritage buildings in Bangkok. Here's a list of them that I have described.

  1. 200th Anniversary Clock Tower
    Tower in the Rattanakosin district.

  2. 200th Anniversary Drum Tower
    Tower in the Rattanakosin district.

  3. City Hall
    Civic building in the Banglamphu district.

  4. Giant Swing
    Giant ceremonial swing in front of Wat Suthat.

  5. Jim Thompson House
    Collection of traditional Thai houses brought from various parts of Thailand and reassembled in Bangkok.

  6. Mahakan Fort
    One of just two remaining fortresses of medieval Bangkok.

  7. Ministry of Defence Building
    Government building in the Rattanakosin district.

  8. National Library
    The main library of Bangkok.

  9. Phra Sumen Fort Fort
    Fort at the entrance to Khlong Bang Lamphu from the Chao Phraya River.

  10. Royal Thai Survey Department Building
    Government building in the Rattanakosin district.

  11. Thammasat University
    Second oldest university in Bangkok
