Sunshine Central (GPS: 5.39852, 100.28689) is a mixed development in the Farlim township of Ayer Itam, Penang. It is located on Jalan Pisang Embun. Developed by Crimson Omega Sdn Bhd, it comprises a 9-storey podium that will be anchored by the Sunshine Farlim Supermarket & Departmental Store, with space of shop outlets and f&b outlets, as well as a cineplex.
There will be two levels of basement floors with 3,500 parking bays. Sunshine Central will also incorporate a 320-room business-class hotel, 270 units of serviced apartments, and 144 units of small home offices. There will be a hypermarket, 300 retail units and a 320-room business-class hotel, among others.
