Rumah Peranginan Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang (GPS: 5.46372, 100.23424) is a holiday villa in Teluk Bahang, Penang. It belongs to the Penang State Government, and is used as a site for staff recreation. It comprises the VIP bungalow, which is available to government officer of Grades 54 and above, department heads and other state and federal VIPs. In addition, there is the Rumah Transit Harmoni, which is open to all civil servants including the retired of all grades.

The holiday villa may only be booked for family recreation. Booking period opens six months in advance, and booking must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the occupancy date, via its facilitator. Each person may book a maximum of 7 days (6 consecutive nights) or up to 3 days (2 consecutive nights) during peak periods. As of March, 2018, the rental is RM150 per night for the VIP bungalow and RM75 per night for Rumah Transit Pangsapuri Harmoni.
