Friday Poolside BBQ is a buffet dinner at Royale Chulan Penang. As its name suggests, this buffet is held every Friday, offering food lovers a decadent spread of barbecued meats and fresh seafood. The buffet is the creation of Chef Khamarullizad, the Executive Sous Chef, using carefully selected ingredients to appeal to guests of all ages.

At this buffet, guests can partake of a whole roasted lam and grilled seafood. On top of that, they also get to enjoy salads, local dishes and international items, including pasta and a full array of desserts.

The Friday Poolside BBQ is available until 27 December, 2019, and is priced at RM98nett per adult and RM50 nett per senior citizen or child. As a added surprise, with every 2 paying guests, diners will enjoy a special Chef Seafood Surprise; with every 4 paying guests, diners get an exclusive Lucky Pot!

The Food Review

My wife and I had a delightful time at Royale Chulan Penang, where we were invited to enjoy the Friday Poolside BBQ. There is so much food try try and to enjoy, from the grilled and barbecued items, to local fare, international fare and dessert. In addition to all that, we had the privilege of trying the Chef Seafood Surprise and Lucky Pot. Let me show you some of the food we enjoyed that evening.
