Evergreen Laurel Hotel holds buffet dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Our blogger friend Barry Teh of Daily Moments By BarryBoi made the arrangements.

The menu concept of this buffet is a combination of seafood and meat barbecue. There is an action stall serving local dishes, of which my favourite is their excellent Char Koay Teow. There is also a wide selection of Japanese items, such as sushi and sashimi, as well as Italian and other Western items.

The buffet dinner on Friday evening is themed From The Land To The Ocean. The highlight here is the Rib Eye Steak with Mushroom Sauce. Other items include Oyster Omellette, Ketam Masak Lemak, Kambing Kurma, Oxtail Assam Pedas and Chrizon with Leek/Hollandaise Sauce.

The buffet dinner on Saturday evening is themed Oriental BBQ Bazaar. It offers a BBQ Station at the highlight. The bbq station offers various items include Ikan Pari, Talapia, Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Slipper Lobsters, Lamb Chop, Chicken Patties and Beef Steak, among others.

Evergreen Laurel Hotel's buffet dinners are priced at RM100nett per adult. However, there is an immediate 10% discount on the adult price. Senior and child price is RM65 nett. Children aged below 7 years eat for free.
