East Coast Mall, Kuantan

East Coast Mall is a major shopping mall in Kuantan, Pahang. It is one of four properties managed by Capitamallsmalaysia REIT (the other three being Gurney Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza and The Mines).

East Coast Mall has a total of 199 leaseable outlets covering a nett lettable area of 485,256 square feet¹, and a gross floor area of 996,902 square feet.

East Coast Mall has two anchor tenants, Parkson Grand and AEON Big. Other tenants include Big Apple Donuts, Black Canyon, Brands Outlet, B.U.M. Jeans, Dockers, Esprit, Fila, Giordano, Kenny Rogers Roasters, KFC, Nando's, Pizza Hut, Popilla, Rasamas, Renoma, Rotiboy, Sakae Sushi, Starbucks, The Chicken Rice Shop, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, The Manhattan Fish Market, and Tropicana Food Garden, among others.
