Marc Service Residence (GPS: 3.15542, 101.71014) is a luxury condominium located on Jalan Pinang, within the KLCC enclave in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Developed by Beverly Tower Development in collaboration with CapitaLand, it was launched in 2007. Marc Service Residence comprises two 35-storey blocks offering a total of 637 units. Each unit has a built up area from 496 square feet to 3,626 square feet. There is a total of four layouts to choose from. The launch price was RM700 per square foot.
Facilities at Marc Service Residence include 24-hour security, multi-storey car park, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, children's playground, common room and landscaping.
