Pulau Tanggok Kecil is a small island within a cluster to the southeast of Pulau Langkawi, Kedah. It is paired with Pulau Tanggok Besar. Other islands in the cluster - all of which are uninhabited and undeveloped - include Pulau Bumbon Besar, Pulau Bumbon Kecil, Pulau Tanggok Kecil, Pulau Tanggok Besar, Pulau Buyong and Pulai Tiloi.
Pulau Tanggok Kecil was named after the tanggok, a trap made from rattan used for catching fish as well as crustaceans.
