Kedai Kopi Kwong Fat Lee (GPS: 5.41448, 100.334) is a coffee shop along Carnarvon Street in George Town, Penang. There are two stalls operating here: the koay teow thng and the economy rice. (In the past, there was a curry mee stall where the koay teow thng is presently occupying.) The koay teow thng here is very popular, even though a few doors away is an equally famous koay teow thng stall, the Pitt Street Koay Teow Thng coffee shop.

I passed by Kedai Kopi Kwong Fat Lee today (Saturday, 2 April 2016) and saw that it was doing roaring business with its koay teow thng, with tables spilling onto the side walk, even eclipsing the business next door at Kafe Ping Hooi. In comparison, business at Pitt Street Koay Teow Thng was a little less so. My Facebook friend Lucia Lai wanted to buy the koay teow thng here, but was told that she was in for a very long wait, and so in the end she bought from Pitt Street Koay Teow Thng.
