Jalan Khoo Hye Keat is the main road in Hye Keat Estate, in Air Itam, Penang. This relatively short road begins at the Air Itam Roundabout.
Jalan Khoo Hye Keat took its name from the landowner who once had a fruit plantation in the area. He turned it into a working-class housing estate in the mid-19th century. Jalan Khoo Hye Keat itself is a no-through road. However its name branch, Lorong Khoo Hye Keat, can be regarded as the main road in the area.
