My wife and I were among the guests of Olive Tree Hotel, to announce their buffet specials for the coming Christmas and New Year. The hotel will hold four buffets all together in conjunction with the celebration. These comprise the dinner on Christmas Eve, brunch (luncheon) on Christmas Day, dinner on New Year Eve and brunch (luncheon) on New Year Day.

In preparation for the buffet, the hotel invited various guests to give the menu a try. For that occasion, Olive Tree got all its dinner Instead of a buffet, we were treated to a three-course sit down dinner, beginning with soup, followed by the entrée, and then dessert.
