Held at Flamingo Café, it is priced at RM75nett per adult and RM45nett per child on weekdays; and RM85nett per adult and RM49nett per child on weekends. Special buy 1 free 1 from 17 to 19 May, 2018. Wau Ramadhan Buffet food review

My wife and I were pleased to be invited to try out the buffet by Flamingo Hotel By The Beach Penang on 17 May, 2018. When we arrived, we saw that the restaurant team was putting the finishing touches. There was a lot of food, arrayed at various food stations, food islands and stalls, both inside and outside the restaurant.

Flamingo Café is a split-level restaurant. On the upper level are the savoury dishes as well as Pasembur, while on the lower level are the kuih, desserts, fruits, salads, ulam and so on. There are also stalls for ais kacang, drinks, and outside, there are food stalls for barbecued, deep fried and grilled items.

We started our dinner with the savoury dishes, which tasted so nice with the Nasi Briyani. One of the highlights is Ketupat Sotong Berkuah Kacang. There's also Gulai Daging, Ketam Masak Masam Pedas, Udang Masak Masam Manis, Ayam Kurma Berkentang, Pais Ikan Daun Pisang, Kari Nangka Muda Masak Ikan Bilis, and much more.
