Bayan Baru City Centre (GPS: 5.32112, 100.28493) is a mixed development planned by the developer Ideal Property Group. As the name suggests, it will be in Bayan Baru. Sited at the present location of Giant Hypermarket, it will see the redevelopment of the plot bordered by Jalan Tengah and Jalan Mayang Pasir. (I personally felt it makes more sense if it occupies the plot between Jalan Mayang Pasir 2 and 3.)

Bayan Baru City Centre will be developed in phases. The following information is preliminary and may continue to be updated.

Phase 1

  1. Tower A1: 39-storey serviced residences (589 units)
  2. Tower A2: 39-storey serviced residences (589 units)
  3. Tower B: 39-storey serviced residences (820 units)
  4. 3-storey shop offices (55 units)

Phase 2

  1. Tower C: 27-storey office suites
  2. 3-storey shop offices (30 units)

Phase 3

  1. 23-storey office suites (Tower B)
  2. 2-storey commercial lot at ground and first level

Phase 4

  1. 43-storey serviced residence (Tower A1 – 1,088 units)
  2. 50-storey serviced residence (Tower A2 – 280 units)
  3. 3-storey commercial lot (22 units)
