Mahligai Baiduri is a 5-storey luxury condominium at 338, Jalan Teluk Bahang. It has just 17 units on freehold tenure built in 1997. They range in size from 1,636 to 1,894 square feet. The estimated selling price is from RM550,000 to RM600,000 while the estimated monthly rental is from RM1,800 to RM2,500. Maintenance fee is RM0.35 per square foot.

Facilities include 24-hour security, covered parking lot, a gymnasium and limited landscaping.

Location

Mahligai Baiduri is 17.4 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal as a weekend retreat and second home, but not for those who go to work every day, due mainly to the distance. Mahligai Baiduri is far from both George Town and Bayan Lepas. You need one and a half hours to go to the airport, keeping in mind to allow sufficient time for traffic jams.

Traffic

Traffic at this part of Batu Ferringhi is light, as it is on the far edge of the town.
