Located on a 1.7-acre piece of freehold land along Solok Gangsa, it is in fact Block F of the Greenlane Heights development. However, all the condominiums in Greenlane Heights are named after birds, with the first letter of the name according to the denoted block. There are two blocks at Flamingo Series, at 12 and 14 storeys respectively. Each floor has four units which are 1,000 square feet in built-up area, with a total of 96 units. The condominium was built in 1997.FacilitiesFacilities include security, parking lot, swimming pool and landscaped garden.LocationFlamingo Series Condominium is 6.8 km from Magazine Circus. As with much of Greenlane Heights, it is quite far from the main road, which makes it impractical for those who rely on public transport.Public TransportThe nearest bus routes are through Green Lane, which is close to a kilomter away. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital.TrafficTraffic in Greenlane Heights is moderate, but gets heavy towards Jalan Tembaga and Jalan Besi approaching the traffic lights with Green Lane.
