What's your favorite koay kark? Mine is the one at the Van Praagh Road Pasar Malam. Every once in a while, my wife and I would purposely make a trip to the pasar malam because I love that koay kark. I know it sells at other pasar malam on different nights, but I am not bothered to track it all over Penang Island. The stall is located along Jalan Tapah, at GPS: 5.39654, 100.31248.

Whenever I order this koay kark, I would specific "large with duck eggs". That's the way I like it. If I am not sharing it with my wife, then I would ask the person to make it "more spicy".

This koay kark meal on Friday evening is my "buka tirai" after a whole week of eating healthily.
