On this day I had lunch at Sukkah with Jennifer Low, the Marketing Communications Manager of Olive Tree Hotel. While Jennifer ordered the salad, I decided to choose something "very Penang", and ordered Hokkien Char. Wow, it's excellent. I am pleasantly surprised that the Hokkien Char tastes as good as authentic Hokkien Char from the hawker stalls in Penang. And this being hotel food, it is of course very ho1liau33, with sizable prawns.
