You can easily take a taxi from Johor Bahru to Singapore. The place to take the taxi is Kotaraya Shopping Mall. From here, there are taxis to take you to anywhere in Singapore for S$30, or S$40 to Changi Airport.
The advantage of taking the taxi is that you do not have to take your luggage out at Customs checkpoint. You just need to stay in the taxi.
If you prefer to be fetched from anywhere else in Johor Bahru, this can also be arranged, but it will require that you change taxis for the journey into Singapore. The fare, to be paid to the Singapore driver, will be S$50 upwards.
