Residency Road Pedestrian Bridge (20 March 2013)


The Residency Road Pedestrian Bridge is a pedestrian bridge across Residency Road in front of the Penang Hospital. The bridge was built to replace the zebra crossing that was previously there. It is often used by nurses to go between their hostel and the hospital.

The Residency Road Pedestrian Bridge is in front of the Ambulatory Care Centre. It has four flights of staircase, two on each side of the road. The bridge is also near the junction of Sepoy Lines Road.
