Quartermile (GPS: 5.32499, 100.28469) is a commercial development under construction in Bayan Baru, Penang. It is located along Jalan Mayang Pasir 1, next to One Precinct, a stalled project that has since been revived with the Quartermile development.

Location

Quartermile has an excellent location across the road from the Bayan Baru Market. Depending on the type of shops that operate here, it may get a good stream of walk-in traffic.
