I love Friday. Not only does it mean that weekend has arrived, it also means we have more time to indulge in homecooking. Our cooking usually starts with Friday dinner. This week, my wife decides to make pizza. The is our own localised pizza topped with a combination of Italian as well as local ingredients. To start, she made the pizza dough early this morning, then left the rest of the day in the fridge.

After work today, we brought out the pizza dough and topped it with various items including cheese for pizza topping. Other items that went into our pizza include chunks of pineapple, curry chicken, curry mackerel, sausages, and lots of cherry tomatoes. Then we baked it in the oven at 190°C until the pizza brown.

After slicing the pizza, I sprinkled extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on my pizza before eating. Delizioso!
