Philip Dundas' Grave (23 February 2009)
Philip Dundas was the
Governor of Penang after it was elevated to the status of Presidency. Dundas served from 1805 to 1807. Before that, he was the Superintendent of the Bombay Marine in 1795. He died while in office, succumbing to malaria.
