The Gap (GPS: -33.84307, 151.2843) is the name of the ocean cliff on the eastern approach to Sydney Harbour. It is on the eastern face of South Head. The area is windy, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, with the surf breaking upon the shore. The area, outside of residential areas, is included in the Sydney Harbour National Park.
