Pulong Tau National Park (GPS: 3.73417, 115.35487) is a national park straddling the Miri Division and Limbang Division of Sarawak. The national park is located in the Kelabit Highlands, and sits on the border with Indonesia.
Puluong Tau National Park covers an area of 59,817 hectares. Within the park is Gunung Murud, the tallest peak in Sarawak. Pulong Tau National Park is rich in biodiversity, and is the habitat of the highly endangered Sumatran Rhinoceros.
At the moment, there are no facilities for visitors to this national park yet. On 5 September 2007, the Pulong Tau National Park Special Park Committee was formed to manage the park. It comprises variousn stakeholders from the local communities, government agencies, private sector and non-governmental organisations.
