Sungai Sitiawan is one of the major rivers in Lower Perak. It starts somewhere within the town of
Sitiawan, from where it flows in a northwest direction, to empty into
Sungai Manjung. There are two bridges across Sungai Sitiawan. The shorter of the two is an unnamed bridge for Federal Route 100, while the larger one is called
Jambatan Sungai Sitiawan and carries Federal Route 60. A major tributary of Sungai Sitiawan is
Sungai Tebok Raja Semalon, which empties into the river a short distance before Sungai Sitiawan meets Sungai Manjung.
