The Majestic (GPS: 4.59173, 101.08281) is a condominium in Taman Jubilee in downtown Ipoh, Perak. Occupying the city block between Jalan C.M. Yusuf and Jalan Dato Tahwil Azar, it comprises two 20-storey blocks connected by a skybridge at the rooftop. Facilities include 24-hour security, multi-storey car park, swimming pool, wading pool, gymnasium, barbecue area, clubhouse, children's playground and jogging track, among others.

There is also a serviced apartment component to The Majestic. These are both owner operated, as homestays with booking via various online travel agents, as well as through The Majestic Ipoh by The Osborne, which runs it like a hotel.
